We want you to get the best deal on genuine, branded products without having to gamble on unknown sellers. If you see one of our products cheaper elsewhere, tell us and we will do our best to match it.

In most cases we will price match any genuine, recognisable webshop selling the same product, including:

• Authorised UK dealers and established UK webshops.
• Established EU webshops/dealers offering the same product.

• The item must be the same brand and model, new, and in stock at the competitor.
• Within the UK we normally match the total price including VAT and standard delivery to your address.
• Within the EU we aim to match the item price. Matching or adjusting delivery charges is at our discretion, as shipping costs to some countries are significantly higher.
• We compare like-for-like offers where the competitor provides comparable VAT, warranty and after-sales support.
• We may not match short-term voucher codes, clearance, B-stock, second-hand or obvious misprices.
• Price match is intended for normal end-user purchases. Trade customers and larger quantity orders are handled under our trade pricing structure.
• Price match cannot normally be combined with other offers, vouchers or promotions.
• The final decision to offer a price match rests with the Blue Aran Sales Manager.

To review a price match, we need enough information to confirm the offer:

• A direct link to the competitor's product page, or a written quote.
• The price you have been quoted, including any delivery charges.
• Your delivery country and postcode, so we can compare like-for-like.

On eligible products you will see our price match logo. Click the logo, confirm the details and submit your request. Where possible we give an instant decision. If a manager review is needed, we will ask you to request a quote so we can check the offer and confirm the matched price.

By buying from authorised UK and EU dealers you get proper backup, manufacturer warranty and after-sales support. That is what we aim to provide, while still giving you a competitive price. Some dealers offer fake products; if the price seems too good to be true, it's likely the products are not genuine.
